Hydroxychloroquine

Hydroxychloroquine is a medication that is used in the treatment of several autoimmune conditions including rheumatoid arthritis and lupus. The mechanism of hydroxychloroquine is not known but may be related to reduced antigen presentation to T-cells.  

Hydroxychloroquine is also used in the treatment of malaria. Similarly the exact mechanism of action is unknown.
