Bleomycin
Bleomycin treats testicular cancer and Hodgkin lymphoma. Bleomycin breaks DNA strands by formation of superoxides and hydroxyl free radicals. Bleomycin has a few frequently tested adverse reactions including pulmonary toxicity, anaphylactoid reactions, and skin hyperpigmentation.
