Clofazimine
Clofazimine is an antibiotic that is used in the treatment of leprosy. It's mechanism is likely from binding or oxidative damage to DNA from formation of oxygen free radicals. Adverse effects include skin discoloration, severe GI disturbances, and prolonged QT interval.
