Entecavir
Entecavir is used in the treatment of hepatitis B. Entecavir is a nucleoside analog that works by competing for the viral reverse transcriptase, which inhibits all three steps of HBV polymerase: priming, transcription, and DNA synthesis. Nephrotoxicity is a possible side effect.
